Honest answers to the questions we hear most from contractors before they sign up.

Getting Started
How long does it take to get set up? +

Most clients are fully live within 10–14 days. We handle everything — website build, CRM setup, and automation configuration. You just need to answer a few questions about your business and approve the final build before we go live.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use this? +

Not at all. The CRM is designed to be as simple as checking your texts. If you can use a smartphone, you can use our system. We also provide a full walkthrough onboarding call and ongoing support whenever you need it.

What do I need to provide to get started? +

Very little. We'll ask you for:

  • Your business name, phone number, and service area
  • Your trade and the services you offer
  • Any existing logo or branding (if you have it)
  • A few photos of your work (optional but helpful)

We handle everything else from there.

What kinds of businesses do you work with? +

We work exclusively with home service contractors in Utah — HVAC, roofing, garage doors, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, fencing, flooring, painting, and similar trades. We don't work with restaurants, retail, or other industries.

Pricing & Plans
How much does it cost? +

Our plans start at $199/month. Here's the breakdown:

  • Foundation — $199/mo: Custom website, SEO & GEO, custom CRM
  • Growth — $249/mo: Everything in Foundation + quote follow-up, review request, and referral automations
  • Scale — $349/mo: Everything in Growth + Google Business Profile management and reputation management

AI add-ons (AI Receptionist, AI Quote Generator, etc.) are priced separately based on your needs.

Is there a setup fee? +

We keep it simple — just the monthly plan rate. No hidden setup fees, no onboarding charges. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay.

What is the difference between the plans? +

Every plan includes a custom website, local SEO, and a custom CRM. The difference is in the automations and management layer:

  • Foundation is the digital foundation — website and CRM only
  • Growth adds the three core automations that run in the background to close more quotes, collect reviews, and generate referrals
  • Scale adds active management of your Google Business Profile and full reputation monitoring

Most contractors start on Growth because the automations typically pay for themselves within the first month.

Website & CRM
Do I own my website? +

Yes. Your website, your domain, and your content belong to you. If you ever leave, you keep everything we've built. We don't hold your website hostage.

Will my website show up on Google? +

Yes — every website we build includes local SEO and GEO optimization from day one. We also build city and service-specific landing pages to help you rank for searches like "HVAC company Provo Utah" or "roofing contractor Salt Lake City." SEO takes time to build, but we set the foundation correctly from the start.

What does the CRM actually do? +

The CRM is your central hub for managing every lead and job. It lets you:

  • See every lead and where they are in your pipeline
  • Text and email customers from one inbox
  • Track quotes, jobs, and follow-ups
  • Manage everything from your phone with the mobile app
  • Trigger automations automatically based on pipeline stage
Automations
How does the quote follow-up automation work? +

When you send a quote and don't hear back after a set number of days, the system automatically sends a follow-up text and email on your behalf — in your voice, with your business name. It's completely customized to sound like you wrote it. Most clients close 2–3 extra jobs per month just from this automation alone.

Will the review requests feel spammy to my customers? +

No — we write them to sound natural and personal, not like a mass marketing blast. They go out shortly after a job is completed when the customer is happiest, and they include a direct link to your Google review page so it takes less than 30 seconds for them to leave a review. Response rates are typically very high because of the timing and tone.

What AI add-ons are available? +

We offer a growing library of AI-powered add-ons that can be layered onto any plan:

  • AI Receptionist — answers inbound calls and texts 24/7
  • AI Quote Generator — automatically generates quotes from job details
  • AI Lead Qualifier — responds to new leads and scores them before they reach you
  • AI Appointment Booking — lets customers book directly from your site or a text
  • Custom automations — if it can be built, we'll build it
Contracts & Billing
Are there long-term contracts? +

No. We work month-to-month. We're confident in the results we deliver, so we don't need to lock you in. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or fees.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +

Yes, anytime. You can upgrade to add more services as your business grows, or downgrade if your needs change. We'll adjust your billing at the start of your next billing cycle.

Support
What kind of support do I get after setup? +

Every client gets ongoing support included in their plan. That means you can reach us by text or email whenever you have a question, and we do monthly check-ins to review how your system is performing and make any optimizations needed.
